房間小了點，但乾淨衞生。早餐喝的品類多，但肉類不是很多，沒有亞洲菜有點個酒吧，天台酒吧可以看到薩格勒布的全景

Sehr modernes und stylisch eingerichtetes Hotel, Highlight ist natürlich der Pool auf dem Dach. Leider gibt es wenig Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind auch leicht hellhörig. Ansonsten ist die Innenstadt in ca. 40min zu Fuß zur erreichen und 5min ums Eck ist ein Lidl.

렌터카 사무소 바로 옆이라 선택했습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 트램타는 곳이 좀 멀기는 했지만, 주변에 아침먹을 까페들도 많고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 시설들이 매우 힙해서 구경하는 재미도 있었어요

①連續入住兩晚的顧客不配擁有第二天的礦泉水，這家酒店夠奇葩，衹提供第一晚，那難道以後預訂需要兩天分開預訂才能獲得該配的礦泉水嗎，這是徒增工作量。此次從杜城一路向北定了好多酒店，每家都是免費提供續水服務，在扎達爾凱悅更是提供了標準五星級的服務，這就是你們和五星的差距，最基本的服務都做不好 ②酒店是設計感打榜，問題是設計的安全性在哪，房間的桌角和過道之前的距離狹窄，一不小心就容易撞到，晚上起來也是容易被台階絆倒，安全隱患不小，如果要設計感，那應該有足夠的空間，而不是在擁擠的空間做文章引起不該有的安全問題

10월 2일 저녁에 도착하여 체크인을 하는 도중 굉장히 기분이 상하는 일이 발생했습니다. 영어로 소통하는 중 남자 직원이 모든 document를 달라고하였는데 무슨 document를 달라는 것인지 의아해하니 큰소리로 all of document!라고 말하였습니다. 저는 당황했지만 나머지 가족들의 여권을 주었고 그때 남자 직원은 여권들을 받으면서 비웃었고 옆에 있는 여직원에게 같이 웃어주기를 바라며 쳐다봤습니다. (다행히 그 여직원은 웃어주지 않았습니다.) 저와 가족들은 모두 굉장히 불쾌함을 느꼈습니다. Passport를 달하고 하면 되는데 왜 document를 달라고 했는지 이해할 수 없으며 본인이 잘못 얘기해놓고 손님들을 앞에두고 어떻게 비웃을 수 있는지 또 옆에 있는 직원에게 동조를 바라는 그 저급한 태도 역시 잘못했다고 생각합니다. 13시간 비행을 거쳐 자그레브 공항에 도착, 크로아티아 여행에 큰 기대를 가졌었지만 그 직원으로 인해 우리 기족은 단 한 시간만에 실망감으로 바뀌었습니다. 앞으로는 유명한 관광도시의 품격에 맞는 응대를 부탁합니다.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff. Not a single staff member was not exceptional. It is worthy to point out that it may not be optimal to stay here with a baby (which we did) as the hotel has many lights, loud-ish music and smells of strong perfume - things that do not bother the average person but makes it a bit stressful with a baby. Nevertheless, definitely a recommendation! It is also a 20 mins walk away from the city Center, that’s something one should be aware of as well.

Het hotel is zeer No nonsence. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en straalde arbeidsvreugde uit. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Alles erop en eraan. Prijzen in de bar waren zeer redelijk. Al bij al een hotel om terug te komen.

The hotel seems new, very clean, good service, the breakfast was so good meny options, the pool is very nice I recommend this hotel. Even though the app offers free parking, I had to pay an extra charge.
